  • A substitute training class will be offered on Thursday, January 6, 2022, from 8:30 am - 12:00 pm. The training will be held at the Baker County School Board Meeting Room. As you probably know, we have had problems getting enough substitutes during this school year. If you know of someone who you think would work well with our students, please encourage them to take this class. We need good subs at all school sites. More details are available on the district website at www.bakerk12.org.



    Effective September 30, 2021

    All substitutes, as verified by the Associate Superintendent in charge of certification, will be paid as follows:

    Non-Degreed (High School Diploma)           $11.25 per hour

    LPN Subbing for a Nurse                            $12.00 per hour

    Associate of Arts or Science                       $12.60 per hour

    Bachelor’s Degree                                     $14.60 per hour

    Master’s Degree or Higher                         $18.00 per hour

    Tuesday, October 26th - Team Spirit Day 

    Wednesday, October 27th - Sock It To Drugs - Wear Crazy wacky Socks

    Thursday, October 28th - Camouflage Yourself Against Drugs & wear camo

    Friday, October 29th - Our traditional PBIS Spooky Parade! Please remember NO weapons, scary or gory costumes, or accessories.

    • keep your child at home if you are waiting for their COVID test results
    • keep your child at home if they have cold-like symptoms or are running a fever
    • social distance whenever possible
