    ALL Athletic Clearance paperwork should be submitted in the 2023-24 school year. 

    IF you created a clearance last year (2022-23) YOU MUST transfer your information to the new school year. Unfortunately, it will not rollover to next year. However, it will auto fill once you start typing. Any physical or safety video certificates that are still valid need to be moved also. 

    IF YOUR CHILD IS PLANNING TO OR YOU THINK THEY MIGHT MAYBE WANT TO TRYOUT FOR SOMETHING ELSE BUT YOUR NOT SURE AT THIS TIME :) PLEASE CLICK ON ADD SPORT AND ADD AS MANY SPORTS AS YOU THINK THEY MAY WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN. THIS WILL MAKE IT A LOT EASIER WHEN THE DAY OF TRYOUTS COMES AROUND.

    PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL ONE OR TWO DAYS BEFORE YOUR TRYOUT STARTS. The videos take some time to watch and they MUST have the child's name on the certificate. You can not change it later. 

    Paper copies are no longer accepted unless you speak to Ms. Cassidy AT LEAST ONE WEEK BEFORE TRYOUTS. Again, do not wait until one or two days before your tryout starts. I can be reached at 259-0464 (my office phone) or school email at faith.cassidy@bakerk12.org

  • Please remember that our BCMS Athletic Director, Ms. Cassidy does not work during the summer. She does, however, check her school email regularly and comes to school a couple of times a month during the summer, depending on the need.
