If you would like to make a transcript request, please click on the following link and fill out the form. You may complete it electronically and return to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also return a completed form to the guidance office between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Prior to picking up transcripts, please call 904-259-6280 to verify they are ready. For past graduates, the fee is $5 for official. If you are a graduate within the last school year, there is no fee. Any records sent via FASTER system from school to school are free of charge.
