Direct Primary Care Benefit

A new Direct Primary Care (DPC) Benefit is available to all employees of the school district if they choose to enroll. 

There are three links/attachments in this message:

  • One-page flyer about the Direct Primary Care program the district has joined with Tailored Healthcare to provide a new healthcare option for employees

Infographic announcing a partnership between Baker County School District and Tailored Healthcare to offer a Direct Primary Care benefit for employees, spouses, and children ages 2–26. Employees pay $30 per month ($15 bi-weekly through payroll deduction), with the district covering half the cost. Family members may be added for $25 per month each. Membership includes unlimited primary care visits, wellness exams, labs, EKGs, and select in-office procedures.
