The Baker County School District is committed to protecting student information and ensuring compliance with all federal and state privacy requirements. Before any software application, online service, or educational technology platform may receive student data, an approved data privacy review and a signed Data Privacy Agreement (DPA) must be in place.
Baker County School District participates in the Access 4 Learning Student Data Privacy Consortium to streamline the review and management of privacy agreements with educational technology providers.
