In an effort to regain some lost instructional time due to Hurricane Irma, a district-wide decision has been made to cancel the seven official early dismissal days for the remainder of the school year. This decision was made in the best interest of our students and their education to regain some valuable instructional time.
Before students can have internet access at school, there is a contract located on page 11 in the student planner that students and parents/guardians need to read, sign, and return. If this has not already been done, please do so as soon as possible. Thank you!

Any student eating breakfast at school will report to your grade level cafeteria where you will remain until the bell rings. If you are in 6th or 7th grade and not eating breakfast you will report directly to the auditorium and remain there until the bell rings. If you are in 8th grade and not eating breakfast at school you will report directly to the gym and remain there until the bell rings. The library will be open before school. If a student goes to the library they will remain there until the bell rings. We will have a trial period where students can demonstrate responsible use of their cell phones before school only in the gym, auditorium and cafeteria. Before exiting their assigned area cell phones must be turned off and put away until afternoon dismissal at 2:05.
