  • Basketball tryouts for everyone, EXCEPT FOOTBALL PLAYERS, will begin on Tuesday, October 17th. Girls will be from 2:15-4:00. Boys will be there from 4:30-6:00.  Football players will not be allowed to try out until their season is over. Coaches may make cuts before the football players come out, depending on how many boys show up, but the final cut will not be made until after the football players have a chance to try out. If you have any questions regarding this process, please contact the Athletic Director, Ms. Cassidy at 259-0464, leave a message and she will return your call as soon as possible. 

    PLEASE REMEMBER TO COMPLETE THE ONLINE ATHLETIC CLEARANCE INFORMATION. This includes uploading page 4 of the FHSAA physical, watching the safety videos and uploading the certificates of completion. More information can be found on the first page of the ATHLETICS web page under athletic clearance and physical information. 

    If you have already completed an athletic clearance for football, volleyball, cheerleading, Dancing Paws or Majorettes and decided to try out for basketball, baseball or softball, please go back in to the CURRENT clearance and add the sport(s) your student wants to try out for. YOU DO NOT need to create a new clearance if you have one under the 2023-24 school year.
