Transcripts

If you would like to make a transcript request, please click on the following link and fill out the form. You may complete it electronically and send back to nikki.williams@bakerk12.org. You can also return a completed form to the guidance office between the hours of 7:30am and 3:00pm Mon-Fri.

Prior to picking up transcripts, please call 904-259-6280 to verify they are ready. You can also email Nikki Williams at nikki.williams@bakerk12.org.

Transcript Request Form

For past graduates, the fee is $5 for official. If you are a graduate within the last school year, there is no fee.

Any records sent via FASTER system from school to school is free of charge.

Records Requests

 If you are trying to enroll your student at Baker County High School, please come to guidance and fill out an enrollment packet. For any questions regarding enrollment and records requests, please call 904-259-6280 and speak with Nikki Williams, Guidance Secretary. To expedite receiving records, we encourage parents and guardians to contact the transferring school for updates on records being sent.
